I've been wanting to read Borne for ages but every time I pick it up I remember that the Southern Reach trilogy absolutely destroyed my brain for like a full month and I have to very seriously ask myself, am I prepared to have my brain destroyed by a sci fi/horror this month?

#tbf it's been what you might call a bad year #so the answer has been No #but i reeeallly want to read it...and then all my other vandermeer books lol #idk i have to at least give The Bone Orchards a chance first since i have it and the holds list for it is hella long
