saw this as it was happening and assumed there had been some level of communication but what im getting from this is that there wasn't, and im like, yikes.

shortly put this breeder has been planning this litter for years and had two separate, and unfortunately unsuccessful trips to mate the dogs because of limited schedules and bad timing, and then that happened.

if it had been communicated i imagine it'd be fine but the fact that it wasn't... really isn't a good look considering they had agreed to not do exactly this !! gotta agree with what they finished off this update with.

#mine #on one hand 1. im just an observer 2. this is one side of things and i'd be curious to hear from the other breeder too #but idk if that'll happen and either way im definitely taking notes and paying attention to those things #i have no interest in either pairing. nothing wrong just not ideal fits for us #but i am interested in one of the breeders in the longer term so. 👀 #anyway if its really what happened then backing out of an agreement without even letting the other person know sounds like shit #especially regarding something as potentially impactful as this #im also like. i doubt they knew the mating was unsuccessful for the other breeder when deciding to do this. aka they didnt care abt #doing exactly what they had agreed not to do #idk man this is just my rambling thoughts and im just some guy but 😬
