one of these days (how many times have i said that smfh) i want to, like.. draw an outfit doll thing for my comic, and just fuckin go to town and design SO many articles of clothing for my own reference

i would really rather being able to pick and choose in-universe clothes designs that i already designed, rather than wing it every single time i draw another new bg character (once i get to illustrating)

#though first i need to fucking finish my species lineup masterpost drawing.. #i forget what the number was but i think there was like.. 60 something designs??! and thats not even including any dimorphism yet #granted most of them DONT have dimorphism but like. some do #ive already posted like.. maybe 10 of those species.. a sketch here or there plus whatever characters ive made so far #and i want to come up with little bio things too for each species #my thought is to set it up kinda like a dnd/whatever species handbook thing whatever #but less stats and more lore. because my comic is not a ttrpg . . as far as im aware anyway LOL #but anyway. yeah #plus i need to eventually make Actually On-Model ref sheets eventually #and maaaybe if i feel like it then ill do one of those head angle turnaround sheets things for my main cast #and other recurring characters #because i like the idea of figuring out those trickier angles One Time and then i can just reference it later #for speedier illustrating.. #thinking like a comic artist over here!
