Not sure what I was thinking when I thought it would be a good idea to bring a murkrow to maylene’s gym

#the flying type does cancel out the dark type's weakness to fighting #but murkrow is just incredibly fragile #by the way i did not go through with the plan #although if i have time to look at damage calcs I may actually bring it to the gym #that is only if they can 1-shot her meditite and not be horribly maimed in the process #i was like oh hey if a murkrow is immune to psychic type and resists fighting! even if they're fragile they should survive a few hits! #and did not account for the fact that 1. murkrow would probably get very hurt even if it did resist fighting #and 2. is not at all resistant to fighting
