i can kind of see where the facial animation problems re4 remake has came from playing this like they clearly just did not have the money to be doing squeenix 200 billion dollar aerith microexpression rigging to the models and rather than updating their model standard once the remake series blew up and made literally infinite money they just kept the really shitty face model rigging but tried to force them into doing square enix shit
