@prematurehag never apologise for rambling in my tags 🫡 and to sorta answer it didnt come up when we were discussing how the "ending" scene of violent affairs would look like we were thinking more closed loop cycle of blood in the water in the early hours of a frigid morning but as i was actually taking the shot and editing i did remember this which was soooo late for someone whos top ten movies of all time includes moonlight 😭 and I SEE IT actually the rare acceptance found in each other in their youth then the forced separation due to other outside circumstances then finding each other again in adulthood they werent intentional but they r there 🤯

#to preamble no this isnt the end of violent affairs project we r still making more but chronologically speaking that is the final scene #mentally if its a movie the final Final shot would be u see the blood innthe water the cold morning light bouncing off it as #2:28 onwards of ew by joji or at least the same sort of vibe play and then the credits roll #i took some creative liberties in terms of the colour grading if it were a movie it wouldnt be so warm but i mean. in the like spirit of #editing within a characters sort of pov #the outside world may be cold but for those two in those waves theyre warm together. does that make sense #and now im rambling shdkshsks unlocked smth in me #but ty for drawing that connection i really like it when ppl look deeper into my edits bc theres almost always smth there to be found #seph.txt
