Every time a set picture leaks from the Fallout TV show, I gain a little more hope for it....

Theres clearly a lot of care and attention going into these sets?

Theyre not just green screening them in, and they actually look like places rather than sets. I feel like Amazon especially cut corners with their effects - cheaper CGI, the sets looking just a little more like a theme park than a living place, that kinda thing. So its good to see pictures from one of their productions looking good.

#like... i thought amazon did a good job with adapting Wheel of Time.... #but theres a lot of sets that just look a little Off #i dont care to watch rings of power but yeah ive seen those posts of some of the costumes #idk who these characters are or how important they might be #but yeah they skimped a lot on the costume department huh.... #and amazon really try and get the cheapest CGI studios around.... like... just... oof #im fully expecting there to be CGI power armour in this series and its going to look.... really bad #like... nothing wrong with the model or even its animations #but its going to be very obviously CGI and not quite blended into the world properly #... because thats pretty much every amazon show ive ever watched.... #(also my guess as to why amazon cheaped on customs for Rings of Power? Costumers are usually Union workers (: ) #(I put the bad wheel of time sets down to them being used in like... 1-2 scenes at most. Build 'em quick and then knock 'em down) #(the CGI? IDK man like no excuse for that. I dont think a lot of CGI artists have Unionised yet?) #(they should btw they really. really should)
