anxiety is so stupid. been dreading n putting off doing this one stupid thing for literal months cause I'd never done it before. finally forced myself to do it today n it took like 10 minutes, most of it walking to n from the place. was shaking the entire time

#personal shizz #it was going to the dry cleaners btw #part of why i didnt wanna go even tho i desperately needed my suit jackets cleaned #was cause im so hyper sensitive to my own hygiene #i sweat all of the time #dont even have to be doing anything n ill still sweat thru my clothes #at work im always so aware of my sweat stains #thinking everyone sees them n thinks im disgusting #n even tho i kno logically this is something the dry cleaners wont even blink at #cause ykno .. theyr the dry cleaners #i just kept imagining them seeing the stains on my jackets n being disgusted by this sweaty foreigner #doesnt help that like .. i hardly see fucking anyone sweat here #this summer was so hot n humid #one of my coworkers was like 'ugh im sweating so much!!' #n all i saw was the tiniest wet dot when they raised their arm #meanwhile im over here my whole sides soaking #but i finally did it today #cause i need to wear a suit to this stupid fucking conference in two weeks #anyways the old lady behind the counter was nice enough #she dropped some of my change too which made up for my own fingers shaking while i got my own money out #dropping it off was the worst part in my mind now i just need to pick it up around tuesday #and thats the end of my 10000 tags on this post whoops jjxkkh
