#fires posts #ramblings #context I started following the UT tag recently bc I still love it but there's now SO MUCH au s/ans stuff on my tags page #and I'm lowkey stunned it's still going #I don't really get it which is lowkey a bit hypocritical coming from someone deep into Linkverse lmao #but at least most Linkverse stuff tends to be adding to pre-existing characters #w the s/ans stuff it's like... not even UT in general AUs. It's just 1000 different OCs using the same guy as a base design #Somehow when once/ler fans did this it made more sense bc they had no one to ship him with (woe) #but there are?? so many characters in UT right there?? #im sorry this is such a ramble but also I have simply never understood this phenomenon lol
