Imagine HBO was the one to adapt shadow and bone instead.....with the hotd budget.....I mourn

no one was ever gonna do a good shadow and bone adaptation because in order to be successful it would’ve had to age the characters up and be for an adult audience and follow through on any one of the many things leigh chickened out on halfway through. tbh. like for all that it’s a teen story none of those bitches should’ve been teens. and darklina can only be successful if there’s a dedicated sicko in the room… but actually they probably could’ve done that…. thats okay we’ll always have the grishaverse in our heads and we secured ben barnes employment for a while at least
