#my original stories #very specifically this is about me finally finding something i can adapt Murphys old robodog pet into #does this fucked up mean meathead of a woman need an even meaner bigger pet? absolutely not #in fact i'd go as far as to say she shouldnt get that under any circumstances #but :) #i was sifting through my list of mythical creatures to work into the lore of my main universe #and refreshed my memory on the myths about crocattas #so now im giving murphy a big awful hyena/lion/wolf pet that can mimic human voices #because what could go wrong giving that animal to a villain? #idk if im defs adapting the mimicking voices thing but...i DO find those accounts of the crocatta very interesting #i know it was probably just regular hyenas laughing that sounded humanesque #but the terrifying mental image of a beast like that mimicking names or short phrases wont leave me alone #i think it'll make murphy worse <3
