hellooo the lord wanted to do some shock therapy on me today i think bc apart from the messy ticket buying they still had yesterday’s cast sheet up and i was v oh no not noticing the date but then i got treated to a (for me) surprise barbara obermeier griz and a luyben lonzo? <33 and. over the past few weeks, before too a little sometimes but especially recently i had noticed some performances feeling a bit empty? i don’t have a word for it bc they were never bad or just okay just.. like they were not..... radiating.... ? ..... anything??? but today everyone was so fresh? potentially bc of the rehearsal but they’ve done those before and it didn’t change this much. v happy abt it either way

#personal Davy #ok now more shocking because why th not lord. why. not. #i might have mentioned it before but munk would always come to tugger's side at the beginning of skimble and they would wriggle their hips? #idk how to describe it but they'd stand there at least one having their arm around the other and it was nice. they did this even if someone #else was interacting with them first but today munk side hugged jelly (if anything tugger would do that) and i was like oh. alright. new #but it was okay (except when tugger had to go around them looking a bit aimless bc he lost his hip wriggle buddy 😔) #i thought oh well i still have the tire (aka tugger with his hand on munk's thigh) let's let him have this jelly big but oh no no no don't #go thinking we're ok. no. tugger went to sit on the tire. where munk usually sits. and munk sat on the step. and. they did nothing #i was 😰 to say the least. it's become such a comfort bit to me just them being comfortable together and enjoying the song and it get RIPPED #from my arms :( now there Is a chance this was a one time thing because today it was munk's turn to catch skimble's mouse but oof #did find a lil comfort tho in tugger squeezing out of the over past munk looking at him and keeping his hand on munk's chest but yea.. #we were getting two tugoffelees snacks too one where tugger slowly walked up to misto and rubbed his mane on his bib and misto was 😳 #and he kept his arm around him and squeezed him for a long while during growltiger #apropos growltiger lol he accidentally looped one corner of the sail around the mast while aggressively checking it #which came shortly after the sail not unfurling right away and tugger already standing at attention to come and fix it #uuh tugger and skimble collided during jellicle song lol #he also seemingly randomly slapped tanto's butt when she walked away?? #and i have no idea what that was about but munk gave mungo a Look while he put on the cockroach costume idk how to describe it.. #omg but the way munk grabbed and held carbucketty's arm So tight when he reached out to him before the release the kittens part 😳😳 #tumblr is being mean and lagging from all the tags so one last funny bit #yk when old deut reappears under the sheet there's like a horn sound thing? yea. today the sound was like a clown honk. people laughted lol #rly thinking i need to write a card to old lil munk showing him his interactions with tugger are appreciated.. h m #ok reading this back i should maybe add that i'm not actually mad abt the skimble changes 😅 i love cats and every action and interaction is #valid and good and i really mean it. maybe shook would be a better word than shocked haha
