Me waiting for my university to give me the voucher code for the off campus therapy they're partnered with so I can finally get mental healthcare for free for the first time in my life.

#i literally replied to their email within 20 minutes of them sending it to confirm i wanted the spot #even though they gave me until friday yo confirm #but like i kind of need to get back into therapy asap #not so much for emotional issues but stress management and probably more diagnostic tests #and eventually a prescription when my meds run out probably sometime in november or early december #the procrastination is already a huge problem #and ive kind of realized that i dont think ive ever worked on something over this long of a period of time #even my undergrad capstone was only four months and i scrapped my original idea 3/4 of the way through it #most days are fine and the good days are good but when a bad day hits its debilitating #and often takes a week to get sort of back on track #usually sacrificing quality on my assignments #its frustrating
