I think I'm gonna delete most of the rest of my social media apps off my phone and go back to a media consumption format closer to high school. I didn't have a smart phone til uni, so all my social media interaction was through my laptop or wifi connected ipod touch as of summer after high school, and thats when my reading went down dramatically and I essentially started being a full time slacker so I think I'm gonna prioritize fixing that.

#'laziness doesnt exist' my ass #I cant explain without utterly shaming myself how fucking lazy I can be #and sure it can be attributed to executive dysfunction and other reasons but that doesnt give me the excuse to actively choose #actively choose to not cope even though I have coping skills that work like it is an active choice to be lazy and it is my biggest vice #even reading would be better than doomscrolling for my brain and I cannot even begin with how tired of brainrot i am #im not deleting the tumblr app bc its the old version and i dont wanna lose that and i dont actually have an issue with that surprisingly #im also posting this from my laptop so feel okay with that #i already also got rid of my fb use by deleting the icon off my phone but not the app so every once in a while I check it but its not there #personalshit
