You can see the extremes of my diet and fitness. Over the past five days I’ve had horrible stomach cramp. Thought had bug 🐛 or worse but actually too much fibre. So cut out and focused on adding bone broth. Today will have more and need a days rest away from fasting. Five hours of exercising fasting can backfire.
