hello! i got an email saying my charms would ship on the 29th but it still says that it's pre-shipment and has been waiting for the item since then. is this normal?

I printed all of the shipping labels on the same day to pack them in batches, but there were some delays with items that were supposed to arrive on the 1st, so I had to put packing and shipping on hold until they arrived last weekend~this monday :'> I sent out all of the remaining orders out today, so your tracking number should update in a day or so! Thank you for your patience!
