Honestly Gaz's predicament in wor is SO funny. Like imagine you've run from the army after working on one of the most horrendous military projects (through blackmail like no judgement) and then after viewing yourself as irredeemable this random redhead gives you hope that you can become a better person so you escort her back to the warfront only to find out the people exploited in said military scheme are now the guard of the literal king. And they immediately recognize you.
