Not evening going over the paper just yet, he held the paper to his heart for a moment, staring longingly toward Nicolas. Fingers reached softly, brushing back brunette strands from his eyes. ❝ I will cherish this forever, mon plus aimé. I love that you took the time to do this for me. Will you walk with me ? . . . ❞ The usual question, just to get the other out of this room, so they could go outside during the nightfall to glance up at the stars, to talk about the birds that fly between the trees at night, how they wished someday to be free like the birds.
