#if youre wondering why i havent written that dp au yet its because i realized i could project onto ocs and generate content #but anyway. #sleep dread insomnia? vampires. #dying but not being dead/derealization/keeping suicidal tendencies secret? vampires. #gustatory (taste) hallucinations? vampires eating from blood bags #it still nourishes them but is dead and tastes gross #and i obviously have known that people could use characters to explore their own trauma #i just didmt realize that -I- could. #also this could slso apply to a werewolf #i like the idea of werewolves needing blood and fresh meat (and craving human meat) but not doing that because its dangerous #and it could be a good way to explore the dread of being fine but knowing ypur next breakdown is going to happensometime soon #also i forgot to add #touch starvation? vampire not feeding directly off of someone for so long and craving it #give me them lying on theor best friemds lap and basking in their warmth while holding back the desperate need tosink their teeth into them #also self imposed touch starvation for fear of hurting soneone/feeling like you dont deserve it #and also #food restriction as self harm #its free therapy
