is there like a book of idk “homemaking” where it just teaches you simple skills to look after yourself like how to look after good schools, mending skills, basic care tasks around the home & frequency etc that isn’t going to end up being some weird tradfem shit. i just need guidance i was never given on how to look after myself. all these people are constantly going on about “self care” but never saying what that is and the internet can be so overwhelming sometimes. there’s also a lot of steps in being like “remember to do this task once a month and here’s the link to relearn how to do bc it the time spread makes it hard” separate to all other tasks. not sure the best way to structure understanding how to build a routine when i struggle with even the most basic routines (remembering to brush teeth).
