ohhh man. i think i really do have stress-induced esophagitis. i've been thinking that i have it this entire week after calling the nurse hotline but. it's getting to the point where it's becoming near constant. and the pain is increasing. and i uhhh. i am worried

#i'm also p sure i have gerd? we haven't completely diagnosed me but. my doctor is on the same page as me #i think the last two months have just been so stressful for me #the second week before my sister's wedding i had an approximately 5 day long migraine #the week before it was just low grade headaches. then nothing. like i think my body was like Okay We Must Be Fine This Week So No Pain. #then literally on monday or tuesday morning i woke up and called the nurse's hotline and took a rapid test because i had SEVERE chest pain #and like it got better but it was only really temporary. and now i think i have a migraine coming on again and the chest pain is back #i really shouldn't have eaten that kiwi. damn acidic fruit being my goddamn weakness #why must i like sour and acidic and spicy food. but honestly any food is like torture to swallow #not in my throat! but literally my lower esophagus. i can feel it slide through the raw end just above the sphincter then into my stomach #it hurts so bad y'all. i had hot soup the other night and it was like legitimately burning my insides #i've never had this level of stomach/chest pain before. like it's never great but this is horrendous. it's like a weight in my chest #hopefully it gets better soon. if not i might as well go to a hospital lol #cian's ted talks #hahaaa another tag: i now have the temple vice grip migraine headaaaaache!!!! yaaaaay!!!!!! :' )))))))))))
