#tag talk #I think I get the thing about seeing other trans people and experiencing dysphoria a little bit. #seeing trans women irl literally never does it because real people are their own self contained person and that's really cool and beautiful #but seeing pictures online really fucks with my head. the chance for higher scrutiny. more critical gaze. I don't like it at all. #the constant fear of “man in a dress” or “man wearing makeup”. it's so much easier to feel that anxiety from an image. #harder to compare myself to real people because I know we're separate. easier to project myself onto an image. #anyway I sometimes browse reddit and get recommended mtf stuff and I usually hate it so much #also I'm so tired of seeing nothing but skinny white girls. like #I just wanna see diversity and actual different people not just the same image recycled over and over and over again. #anyway. getting on reddit always feels like a mistake and makes me just hate people a little more.
