Emma smirked at the question as she licked a trickle of blood from her finger. "Well not exactly," she gave a wink.

Marisa was always a mix of emotions, fear sometimes one of them, but her curiosity always outweighed it. Thinking of possibility, of potential, always shut out any feelings of being frightened. The other was smirking, so a smile was brought to Marisa’s lips. Her eyes portrayed not fear, but intrigue. People covered in someone else’s blood were dangers, yes, but they could also be useful in the right situation. They were very likely willing to kill, and to Marisa, that was valuable.

“Blood of anyone important?” she asked softly.

Regina had been distracted for the last hour and it wasn't until Emma spoke, that she actually remembered that they were in the same room together. Next, the song the was playing through the air in the silence now between them, hit her senses. It made her smile and she tilted her head slightly as she listened to it for a moment. "Yes, of course it is. I would never forget it."

“Still with the platinum blonde,” Regina observed, feeling the usual tug whenever she saw Emma  this way. She’d been down this path herself, she knew it’s temptations and she knew it’s heartbreak....and she knew the further you walked down the path, the harder it was to turn back. Well, there had been those who had never given up on Regina, so Regina wasn’t going to give up on Emma. Sometimes, it just took one person to make that change. “Afraid people won’t take your heart eating seriously if you look like Goldilocks?”

She was in her office going over the paperwork pile that never seemed to end. How could a town, one magic filled, cause and have so many problems? Scratch that, Regina knew how. With what seemed like a new villain a week (which really wasn’t) problems arose within seconds. The results? She plays something like a hero and goes and helps save the day.

Sighing she continues to work, skipping lunch in favor of finishing to be able to return home early. The knock on her door though is unexpected. “Come in!” Regina calls for whoever is outside her door to enter.

Drizella was momentarily frozen when Emma kissed her smack on the lips, a normal reaction given her usual hesitance towards anything remotely affectionate, before she was kissing her back. She was pressed back into the pillows she was leaning against before trying to lift herself up to lean on her hands.

“I guess that’s as good of a reason as any,” She teased, nipping at Emma’s bottom lip before pulling back slightly.

A different darkness

Regina was now the young queen.  She is miserable, sad, and lonely, but most of all, she was restless.  Barely anyone waited around long enough for her to talk to them.  They tended to her needs, but that was the end of it.  The longer that she was the alone, the anger that had only been as tiny as a seed started to grow. That was her vulnerable side.  Her anger. She had learned to master it well.

She walked down from the main corridor, down a few more steps, and then walked along the arched that lead to the gardens.  Being there was her only peace...a place where she didn’t feel angry.  Regina sat down near a large tree with rich colored pink flowers. She wished that she could disappear.
