I’m still amazed that Tallgeese is so alright, given she was in the mouth of a fox two days ago!

I think the fox must have tried for Wormbecca first (given that she’s smaller and theoretically easier to carry off) but Wormy is FAST and LOUD. probably it had just given up on her and switched to giant, stupidly passive Tallgeese when I walked out

#I guarantee Tallgeese made little effort to get away #her size and fluffiness are her main defence. she really does not have two brain cells to rub together #the patch of skin where her feathers got yanked out looks a bit sore #but she didn’t even seem that stressed up by the event #immediately after it happened I locked her in the coop with some corn #and she was making a lot of happy clucks gobbling it down
