So I remember reading (I think it was you) answers to an ask you did, one was this one

and there other was about Sans' rather Sans was an introvert or an extrovert, and both those asks and the answers to them were some of my favorite analysis of Sans!

I don't know if you are still doing this kind of thing, but since I think you understand Sans so/pretty well; I would love to hear your thoughts about his tendency to kind of warp reality/keep people in a kind of bliss/ignorance for others as a way to protect them I guess/I think. Like, when he lies about people who have died being on vacation (like the King Paps ending), or when he says Paps is okay in one of the endings where he dies and Sans is with Toriel, so she doesn't blame herself.

If you have different thoughts about these things than I what I have said here already that is fine; I am just curious about your thoughts on these, because I find them very interesting (like the "You would be dead where you stand" line/scene too, which you went over quite well too), and judging from other posts you have made, I think you would have some nice insight about this.

If you have already talked about this somewhere, I am sorry.

PS: Sorry for the long ask. Also, I love ur name lefthanded-sans, and also I loved the art u rb'ed of Sans, Metta, and Paps (almost certainly inspired by the King Mettaton ending; an ending a find very interesting and dark), it looks so awesome.

Oh, this is a fun topic. I do like this.

I haven't played Undertale for years, so while I think I remember the areas I would talk about, I wouldn't feel comfortable giving an in-depth look at Sans's protective lies without a replay. It is certainly possible I'll do a replay, and if I do, I'll return to this post, reblog it, and share my thoughts. I just wanted to respond now so you weren't waiting for months or a year or something.

Thank you so much for the kind words. Long messages are cool... it's not like I'm brief either. ;) I have lots of fond memories from when I was deeply engaged in the Undertale fandom, and if anything pulls me back into another long analytical post or conversation, it'd be this. XD

I still think abt how nicely fitting it would have been if u were able to release the AtF 4.0 update on Valentine's Day, haha. Oh well, u get it done, when u get it done. I can wait a long time for stuff (Im a Hunter x Hunter Fan. & we are two years & counting into another long hiatus. I even made a post celebrating HxH's 2 year anniversary, lol. So waiting ain't hard for me). I noticed that animation of emositecc u rb'ed, that for some reason it stretches across the whole pg, at least on PC.

Ah believe me I tried. I wanted this game out over two weeks ago ;w;/ luckily with some help works been able to go a lot faster, but every time I feel like I'm almost done, I remember more stuff that needs to get done 😅

Also I had to go back and see what rebloged while I was gone since I've been working and then sleeping cause im rlly sick like without much other activity. But yeah TS!Underswap came out a fair while ago! The demo anyway. I haven't played it yet but I've been interested in it for a while 😊
