i usually try not to let it get to me when people make fun of synesthesia but sometimes it does affect me

#cro zone #idk i mean i have pretty strong projective synesthesia thats basically indistinguishable from hallucinations #except for how constant it is. it puts a filter on everything i experience so it naturally ties into how i express myself #but i know out loud it sounds stupid to say that i feel like dark red and office carpet #i dont think this is proof of some oppression against ppl with synesthesia it just makes me personally insecure
