I wish Chris had kept quiet and not fall into her games during Gifted promo. Him praising her just gave her the validation and attention she always wanted now she won't shut up. Should have just let her keep rambling on about him while ignoring her.

i agree, I also think Chris had real feelings for her but with every relationship when you start to see their true colors your mind is either put off or accepting. I think he tried to accept as much as he could with her baggage but ultimately couldn't handle Jenny. She seems overwhelming. She seems straight up clingy and he might be the type who likes his space.

I am pretty sure Chris was the one who showed Jenny the door and not the other way around like her fans say. She made a comment in the Vulture piece or after that saying "they should be happy I gave them the time of day and I decided to have sex with them in the first place". That is not how a mature person who agrees things are over talks.

Jenny's comedy revolves 80% around her getting back at highschool cool people who excluded her and 20% mentions of her anus. (although her dad called her out and said she was popular in high school so the whole edgy wallflower thing is a schtick). Chris I'm afraid was another source of material for her comedy, in that she loves to hear herself talk all sorts of shit about people. Only difference is Chris was able to serve her consequences. She already joked about him on stage, I think.

I just read a hilarious article about JS clothing choices lol it said that they were trying to give JS another chance after other horrible outfits she wore but they just couldn't because her outfits continued to be hideous. My favorite part of the article was when they said "Girl, wtf" in regards to her choices because that is usually my reaction to what she wears. Contrary to popular belief, I think JS is attractive and w/ the right stylist, she could look amazing but her style just 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I don't think him liking her as friends and nothing more is an unpopular opinion at all. She pushed it and used her divorce and them hooking up causing it as long as she could. A good guilt trip can work wonders on the right person for a small amount of time.

JennyS seems to want to play both sides. Cake and eat it. Sure, she's a standup comedian. I get their whole shtick is over sharing, but she really needs to understand her audience and be respectful of others when it does come to sharing. She seemed to say she didn't expect it to be made a big deal but tbh what did she expect? Very little is out there about Chris' personal life. Maybe if Chris does find someone longterm he'll be more open but JennyS is really trying to pull the naive card.

It's been almost a year and I still can't get over that photo of Chris, his nephew, and her getting on a ride. I know she's nothing without her quirky shtick but that look was horrendous even for her.

To the anon who suggested Chris and Minka should get back together again... Oh Hell NO! the fact that the two kept getting back together it's not a sign of "true love" or it would have worked out the first time. And isn't she with Jessie Williams now? didn't he divorced bc of her?

To the anon asking of anyone believed they were a couple.... I didn't believe it at all and I was sure that their "relationship" was going to end right before the movie came out or right after it. I never been so right in my life 😂

Just been catching up with the asks and one anon wrote that Jenny broke up with Chris (ok Jenny) but if this is true how come she couldn't end it with Dean especially when she wrote in her book that there marriage was over a year after getting married but we're supposed to believe she could break up with Chris who she had this passionate relationship with and who she loved so very much, please.

Chris joked with Mckenna that the Internet lives for ever. He knew pictures with her will live in perpetuity. He was willing to stand with her at SLOP but never did again in public. He was ok but then it changed. Only a few leaked pics not on public (where they still didn't look happy) were they even near each other. Not sure if it was his feelings or his image but he made a concerted effort to not have pictures posted with her. IMO he knew early on it wouldn't last and the pics confirmed it.

I agree Ariel. I think JS is just lying about the "passion" so she doesn't have to admit their relationship was anything but. I think he would have ended it earlier but was trying to keep up appearances for a Gifted. In the end he could not hold on any longer. IMHO

Those leaked wedding photos still don't look passionate. They look like they're at the event together but the arm he has around her is holding a beer... so the dude is drunk af at a party and still not putting his hand on her. It's only downhill in the pictures after that with suitcase barriers or just flat out not taking her anywhere and making her stay in the hotel. Maybe their initial affair during filming was where all the passion was...

Hi ladies. Karma Anon. Looks like Karma came calling again. I guess leaving your husband for another one doesn't work out so well. Good son is protected. He's innocent. I usually have lots to say about JS but it seems pretty clear she's dealing with some internal stuff. As much as I'd like to see Chris get a pass. It's becoming clear that JS's endless rambling and not so subtle references is his Karma. Karma comes as the results of your individual actions. Many lessons to be learned here.

the disney pics were classics! if the relationship is serious and you're bringing your SO to a family tradition trip then as a boyfriend you would at least try to help your SO bond with your family and make sure your SO dont get left out but chris didnt even try at all with J lol he mostly just used his family as his shield to keep her away, like the time at the premiere where he used his nephews and that time at the airport with the suitcases LMAO

The Disney pics were very telling. I would love to know all the drama that went on during that trip. Just from the pictures I can definitely sense some tension there.

The fact that she also said very serious relationship along with that where's Waldo is easier to find passion... really does make me think it was all in her mind. Chris was never serious about her.

I think what the other person is saying is "affair" romanticizes the whole whatever. Technically it was an affair because she was married. But it didn't seem the least bit romantic.

I'm the affair anon. Yes I was aware she was marriedwhile filming Gifted but from Chris' perspective he just did what he always does, diddling the co-star. This one decided to be trouble. Calling it an affair gives it a Lady Chatterley's Lover flair... I call it an on location fuck gone terribly wrong. I can't believe Chris expected Jany to velcro herself to him. Maybe he thought, I'll just give her the D low key while she figures out shit with her husband.

I already noticed that some romanticize affairs.Obviously when their SO is not one of the parts of it.I guess it has something with mistaking that as drama, as the fight for love?I see fan fics here on tumblr do that.For sure there are people that fall in love with another person even being in a relationship, but from what I noticed from observing my family and friends, normally is just a person that is being selfish and cares more about their needs/lust than about the results of their actions.

I think what anon was trying to say was that it wasn't some torrid affair. It was a married woman jumping on his dick and he went along with it. Not some major passionate affair and not some major passionate lmao relationship at least on his part. She planned this out.

I think the point of "be present" is that he doesn't want the noise overwhelming him so that he can enjoy life and not worry about things I'm the past that can't be changed or things that may happen in the future. I actually had it tattooed years ago to remind me to be in the moment with my kid and not get carried away by my depression and anxiety.

I have to disagree with that anon. When he says "in the moment" and his "mind stillness" it's a zen way of living. Focusing too much on the past makes you depressed. Focusing too much on the future makes you anxious. What he says is very much like what I have learned in therapy as well as my Buddhist studies, which he's said he's learned from. In the moment isn't reckless, it's a way of coping so you can actually live and not spend every second already in a bad place. :)

I agree with Ariel. As I often do. I think Chris's living in the present is partly an anxiety coping mechanism and he seems to have studied alot about the more mindful life approach and is obviously striving towards it. I think when he makes seemingly selfish decisions it's more him being a bro-y dumb guys guy rather than using his wish to live in the present as an excuse. It's always struck me that both those elements make up who he is.

've seen a few anons mention Chris has a habit of sleeping w/his co-stars. I guess I've never paid much attention before, as I've never realized that. What other co-stars has he been linked to in the past? Were they definite flings/relationships or were they rumors? Thanks ladies!!!

Re: Chris saying he'is beng present and JS saying pretty much anything repetitively. I think that this is what they want to do and it's sort of a mantra that they've adopted and repeat to themselves and public to remind them that this is good and how they want to act. Chris has been studying and reading these teachings for years. JS goes to therapy &!reads a lot also. Honestly I don't think this is how they are. It's how they'd like to be as their best selves as they've been guided.

I agree in part with the other anon said and in part with Ariel. Although Chris seems to see the enjoying the present as just that, the part of not thinking in the future can lead to bad consequences. Probably his last relationship was that. Let's have fun and enjoy the present and later the consequences were what we all talked about here and the gossip and the backlash and now her oversharing. As everything in life, thinking that way has good and bad parts.

I don't agree about Tolle. It's been used in therapy sessions of mine in snippets. Read him before that. Some ill people need a mantra to cling to or a quote that calms them. Ge seems to have a lot of Buddhist teachings, both of the LA brand and the real kind, so Tolle isn't all. He's also mentioned Hinduism. It wouldn't surprise me if he read the real books. A lot of psychology lines up with Buddhism. Even if he's well to do with money we shouldn't judge his mental state and what works for him!

Hi Pascal, I always wondered why he chose to text Anna about Jenny and not speak to his best friend Tara about asking her out, but your answer to the anon about him seeking advice from someone who cheated and was still married to the one she cheated with makes sense now.

Whenever Chris is out in the world as himself and does appearances that require spontaneous talking, he always says something that casts shade on his own actions/decisions. Magazine interviews are a whole other story. That's normal, of course, but it makes me wonder if the new improved and 100% more woke Chris is a result of PR's hard work or his. Like does he want to be a better person or does he want to get away with unsavoury stuff around the back?

Is it me or it seems that since Jenny keeps talking about her ex, more people are coming here that were not aware of how things played between those two? I know that it will never happen but it would be fun if after one more interview mentioning her serious and passionate relationship, someone actually did a good reasearch and exposed them. But no, never gonna happen. Almost all interviews celebs make are made to make them look good.

With everyone sending asks about the pictures of Chris and Jenny and never looking comfortable or happy, let's not forget the one they wouldn't have known was being taken at the game they went to, how miserable did they look? They never once looked happy maybe because they knew they were being photographed but at that game that was as candid as you could get. Still miserable in each other's company.

I mean, Seb and Margarita’s relationship is….odd, to me. >> The same with me. Sometimes I think they are together, but then I see that they do not spend time together as before. He's celebrating his birthday in LA, was spotted at the airport with his best friend Will, but she's not there. She has traveled to Europe while he stays in the USA. odd...

Of course Chris would ask advice from Anna who did the same thing he wanted Jenny to do. Have an affair and get her to leave her marriage for him. Anyone else would have called him out for being a homewrecker but Anna would approve and encouraged him to go for it. In the end both relationships failed. #karma
