Why does it feel like calling Thor 'brotherless' would break him into a sobbing mess

because it'd remind him he doesn't have a brother anymore and that was not something Thor has been ok with at any point in the MCU

#i feel like as the older brother Thor just never would've considered Loki dying before him #so it's a combo hit when Loki claims they're not brothers and then also dies #but it's ALSO a combo hit in IW when Loki claimed Thor as his brother and then went on to. also die. #like Thor just doesn't get his brother back after Thor 1 #and that was before Thor became a better person so it's almost like he never had that at all? #Thor took Loki for granted and then lost him before he stopped doing that
