#i hate how ?!🤨my rx w food is #like ok i used to have ed when i was 13 n i think it may partly stem from that… like idk i read smthin abt how even after recovery it can #mess w ur brains reward system when it comes to eating/food n shit #but even before then i had like extremme sensory issues all thru childhood n was extremely picky #but the food i did like i think i enjoyed more back then? #wheras now i dont rlly enjoy food its quite rare #like the last time i can remember rlly enjoying smthin was months ago #and its not a guilt thing in relation to ed either… maybe theres smthin unconscious but im like 90% sure its not that lol #like ig i jst graze on food i never have proper meals i just eat ingredients 90% of the time #bc if i do take the time to actually make something the ratio of me enjoying it to time it took isnt worth it #n it wont be smthin elaborate it could be under 20 mins #obviously this is so 1st wrld problem but i wish i could enjoy food like a normal person #bc 1 its stopping me from living as healthy as i could its hard to get the nutrition u need n 2 its hindersnce to social life #bc sm of it is tied to food offen times #or ok its still ed arfid to diff type rawr xd
