i just went to one of the more touristy parts of the city and oh god the gringo tourists the 'expats' im 🤢

#my uncle came to visit with his wife so we went to one of those parts and oh i hate them so much #i have had very little interaction with the so called expats so far bc i don't live in a nice area of the city #and i rarely go to those parts bc they're expensive but jfc they're so obnoxious #they're the only ones that don't wear masks they are insanely rude and they refuse to even try to speak spanish #and so many of them are like young hippie ish 'spiritual witchy' white ppl i am glad they don't come near the part where i live #or the places i usually go to and they get so offended if you say gringo like i told my mom that it was full of gringos #i did say it kinda loud lol and a lady glared at me like ma'am u are what you are. gringa
