How,,, how do u make,,,the eye shine,,, look so fucking good

also ,,, oml ,, the eye shine is one of my favorite things to include in my art :]

i really just set a layer's blending mode to "add" and draw a line wherever i think would make the shine look good! i usually use warm colors like yellow, or if i wanna make it look glittery? a bunch of reds, yellows, and blues.

i shade the top of the eye using multiply,, usually blue or purple but this can work with anything.

its a super easy process but its VER E fun >:)
