oh this is fun . i did it on @mitskeiji but in case someone wanted something sfw i've done an alternative scenario here too (a couple of suggestive jokes bc...rime) **felix is implied to be in the relationship in this version but he isn't There while rime does it :0 he's very much involved in the nsft version though

rime's tail haunts me because where is it if it isn't like sage's pants situation. i choose to ignore this dilemma

felix is the only person who's seen it because 1) rime thinks having a little fluffy tail is embarrassing and ruins his intimidating vibe and 2) he's Sensitive Around His Tail

felix figured this out himself by accident when he touched it and rime Jumped. he stared at felix failing to apologize past his laughing

but now rime's with mc who's Very curious about his supposed tail that no one has seen.

"rime?" "hm?" "is there any chance that i could ever, uh, see your...tail?" "...." "...." "you want to see me undress that badly, doll?"

to be honest he's a little anxious . i was going to say he wasn't anxious at all, just shocked at how out of the blue the question was, but then i was like....Vulnerability...rime...a combo.

he might find it a little dumb himself, being anxious about something like this. but at this point they haven't really gotten that far intimately and it's like ??

he doesn't let any of that show though

"and what are you willing to give me to see my tail?" "...love and affection?" "weak trade." "hey,"

rime quirking a brow and giving them a look. but if rime has a weakness, any weakness at all other than like, gossip and the satisfaction of embarrassing people,, it's mc. truly

he knew that they'd be the one to see it eventually, though a random afternoon while they were bored wasn't really what he expected. but what would he be if he complained when their face lights up and they do a little celebration? when they kiss and thank him? he'd be an idiot that's what he'd be

"what? were you really going to watch me undress? you know there are easi—" "okay okay okay i'm turning around"

rime tells them to be careful because he's sensitive while mc turns back around. he's turned to the side a little, arms crossed, while he looks back at it himself. mc is staring. mc is staring hard. mc is dying

they walk closer and touch it gently while looking for his reaction to make sure they didn't do anything wrong. "i'm not glass, angel." "listen, you said to be careful"

rime answers any and all questions they have about it semi-easily (if he ever had it out before, if it's like regular white-tailed deer tails when they sense danger, if it's annoying when he tries to sleep, etc.) but other than that it's a little quiet. his tail swishes and twitches every so often and rime has to stop himself from smiling/smirking when mc stares at it completely entertained

"i get why you hide this now, it'd definitely ruin the image you have going on" "you act like a tail would stop me from breaking someone" "well the way it flicks around might make it harder for me to take you seriously while you threaten them"

but to be serious,, mc thanks him. rime stops and looks at them and they explain, "for trusting me enough to show me."

rime isn't usually one to struggle for words but the genuineness in their voice and face leave him speechless for a second. his gaze softens for a bit before he puts on his signature cool nonchalant act back up, "don't tell anyone i showed you though."

mc does not listen. mc goes up to felix as soon as they're all together.

"felix. rime's tail." "...his tail?" "it's so cute." [cue rime glaring while felix, just like the first time, laughs but tries to apologize for it.] "i'd agree with you, love, but i'm afraid of any knives he currently has on him." "you should be."

felix tells mc about the first time he saw rime's tail and rime is left grimacing while they both laugh. then he remembers his tail is still out and makes sure they aren't angled to see it wagging while they all talk

a little bit impossible when they move in really close and teasingly coo about how cute he is, especially seeing how his tail is exposing him for being entertained.

tangent. rolls around on the floor . rime having like one pair of pants/a skirt that leaves space for his tail Locked away somewhere. mc, after begging and bargaining and the most extreme case of puppy eyes ever and swearing an oath that they won't tell anyone else,, finally finds and pulls it out.

where is my art of rime pouting while his tail is out and flicking around while mc (and/or felix) plays with his hair. pls
