been in such a weird mood all day and night…

#idk how i’m simultaneously numb and overly emotional and happy but sad and energized yet so exhausted #being confronted with the fact that my OCD is worsening #and almost every convo somehow turning into my parents lecturing or poking fun at me over my sleep schedule #<- whilst they do swee things like buy me snacks i like and try to accomodate my health issues #and my brother doing sweet things to cheer me up whilst never letting me express negativity and/or straight up ignoring me at times #and just. idk man i’m in a weird state of being and have been for a while #feels like i’m being confronted with death and loss left and right and i’m not sure how to cope with that either #i’ll quietly delete this in a bit but just….. yeah idk. feeling jumbled up
