hugely dysphoric this whole week

really really tempted to shave my head again

maybe I need more sleep maybe my hair needs to be washed maybe I'm gaining weight and it's changing my face subtly

idk I just have a very well put together trans coworker now who's wonderfully feminine and is so tall and skinny and narrow with a small face maybe I'm just unconsciously comparing myself to her and that's messing with my self image

dunno just want to go back to earlier this year when i felt good about myself uou;;;
