Reposted from @twtoxmd1 Strange Worlds 8 from Avon in 8/1952 features a ‘killer’ robot cover along with a woman-in-red. Strange Worlds ran from issues 1-10 then paused until restarting with issue 18 which picked up from its Eerie title which ended with issue 17. Strange Worlds then ran again from issue 18 to 22 ending in 9/1955. Some outstanding artists and writers worked on Strange Worlds this issue had Everett Raymond Kinstler, AC Hollingsworth, Joe Kubert and Harry Lazarus work inside. Lots of great robot covers but this one stands out- those robot hands seem made for no other purpose but strangling!
