So my abusive roommates are getting worse

#im loliving in straight up fight or flight like the anxiety shits ive had this morning just seeing them #and i only seen them today bc i had a support worker over otherqise id play dead for 16 hours in a dark room like yesterday #i feel like throwing up constantly and my trwmors are back #my friend is coming over in the evening to be a witness because the roommates #called me to have a mandatory talk which always goes bad for me and i refuse to do it on their terms and vehind l #closed doors again. i am afraid what will happen if i let them do that #i am trying to just get out of here now asap but god is it destroyng me like physically spirutualky emotionally etc.
