when did Halloween in FEH become "oops, all dragons?"

as a dragon lover, I'm not complaining, but it'd be nice to get some non-dragons on the banner again

maybe some more characters from games older than Awakening, too? that'd be neat

#feh #fire emblem heroes #goldic rambles #gaius (fire emblem) #asugi (fire emblem) #it is a CRIME that these two candy-loving idiots haven't gotten a Halloween alt yet #Gaius also hasn't gotten any love (aside from maybe a refine) since he got a summer alt #not to mention that Asugi's one of the few playable child units that isn't even IN FEH yet #I know Gaius is nowhere near popular enough to be the duo focus for a banner but it'd be neat if he was #OOO WAIT WHAT IF ASUGI AND SAIZO WERE THE DUO UNIT LED BY ASUGI- that'd be awesome #Asugi would basically be dragging Saizo around the festival while he's like 'why am i here' the whole time #and since Saizo's there they could slap Kaze on there too #if they wanted to go full-ninja-but-halloween they could throw in Kagero too #I don't really care who the other female unit is as long as it's not Lyn for the millionth time #tbh Kaze would probably be the demote (unfortunately) with either Gaius or female number 2 being the demote-not-demote #and then the unit that didn't get demote-not-demote would be the tempest unit #which would ultimately leave Asugi and Kagero to be the only units you'd actually want off the banner for raw power #with everyone else being sought after for fodder or favoritism #that's just me making an educated guess based on IS's tendencies for consistently shafting less popular units that get alts #cuz like: this is the 4th M!Corrin alt and he's the demote-not-demote of the banner #and while yes 4 alts is a lot; you have to consider that: base M!Corrin is one of the oldest units in the game #his first alt was a tempest unit and even then he got it pretty early on so it's kinda hot garbage without lots of investment #Dream!M!Corrin is just ok and Fallen!M!Corrin is the only one with any sauce on his base kit #Halloween!M!Corrin? he's got a decent kit by today's standards but it's by no means overpowered #meanwhile: Halloween!F!Corrin got fucking Negating Fang for a special while everyone else got jack #oh and Naga got completely shafted; she's the demote fodder for the banner #she's got like 1 other alt besides her base form and I think it's Nagi on a technicality #rip to everyone who genuinely likes Naga #anyway I'll be adding the newest M!Corrin to my dragon hoard and hoping Gaius gets a halloween alt next year #....next year (copium)
