#I'm glad people want to do something #but a decades old very organized boycott against companies who have actual material impacts on palestine #EXISTS #WHY ARE PEOPLE INVENTING THEIR OWN INSTEAD OF SUPPORTING THAT #it sucks that starbucks is being mean about palestine and I'm always down to boycott them they are fucked up #but that's not the same as having a real impact on the region as the targets selected by BDS do #people have been working so hard and fighting this fight for so long #RESPECT THAT ?? #together we can actually change things... everyone doing different things does not #and it makes me sad to see thousands of young folks who could be throwing their weight behind this existing fight #instead starting new ones
