just fully collapsed bc of a dizzy spell but didn't spill my water at all 😎

#im so cool and totally have full control over all my muscles #ok but somehow i was just On The Ground but still had my arm in the air with my cup fully upright-- #also the dizzy spell wasn't super bad it's manageable lol #i just lose my vision and muscle control for like five seconds if i stand up too fast #it's not anemia tho bc we've had me tested for that on multiple fronts and im fine?? so idk what it is #but i can deal with it fine lol #lol i always overexplain shit like this in the tags bc i wanna talk about symptoms without ppl being immediately like- #'omg r u ok????? u should go to a doctor?????' #sometimes the concern is appreciated but sometimes it happens so frequently it gets tiring to respond to lol #chronically ill moment :/ #also i have seen doctors they dont know whats goin on either LMAO #but overall i'm fine so no need to worry lol
