decided im going to do it im going to make the ualberta tuck shop cinnamon buns

#roomie is going back to school and im insanely jealous #ive made the buns before in a stand mixer and they turned out great #my current mixer doesnt have a metal bowl and stuff tends to stick to it but we will see #you need a mixer for this one because its so sticky #also i made them for my parents and my dad doesnt remember the tuck shop buns on campus because of course he graduated in the 70s #and obviously i was not around in the 80s let alone my parents lol #so obviously we all missed out on this huge part of campus life #every day i wake up and i see students going to campus #and i am resisting the part of me that desperately wants to stand around in the atrium and wait for students to ask where TBW is #also if my profs give talks this year and i can i promise i will go ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
