“Do you ever just sit there and daydream about fake scenarios?”

You fool! All scenarios are fake. Time is an illusion. Matter is an illusion. The self is an illusion. Our perception is unreliable and our memory is worse.

Emotions, thoughts, motivation, all abstract concepts interacting with other abstract concepts like money, nations, contracts, relationships, corporations, property, communities, people.

Events as we see them are mere facsimiles our mind creates because it can’t parse a far more complex, far weirder reality beyond our crude senses, and even beyond our most powerful tools.

The universe is an infinite four-dimensional hypercube of spacetime where energy levels vary according to principles we do not understand. Everything else is simply a model we, as a collection of these energy variations, made to make sense of the noise.

It’s all fake! It’s all made up!

That being said, some scenarios describe lived experiences and observations more accurately than others, so I guess you could call them “real”.

And scenarios which are the results of the mind’s creation, with little or no regard to those experiences could be considered “fake”.

So to answer your question: Yes.
