I’ve figured it makes most sense to post my TCW liveblogs by arc, when they’re arranged as such. Hopefully a bit cleaner to follow. 

Season four! Wow, I wish this show was about clones.

"Brain Invaders" (a little handwobble about this but the Ahsoka and Barriss content is good at least)

...I really don’t have a single positive thing to say about season 3? Uhh, I guess watching Keeli and Gun-Di die was...kind of okay...except for the dying part...I guess?? A lot of people praise the Clone Cadets/Arc Troopers arc but I felt like it completely flopped in portraying Kamino as anything but a generic real-life boot camp.

I saw someone else praise the Mace Windu bridge scene in Liberty on Ryloth as the best piece of sound editing in the show and let me tell you, the shivers that went down my spine as I realized the peak was in season one and I had six seasons of mediocrity ahead of me...

so much discourse in the sid/link tag this past week my goodness

for the record, my thoughts:

1. i think yona is absolutely adorable 2. i’m VERY intrigued by the mention of her being a royal from another domain. that opens up so much lore-wire and i’m curious 3. i personally think the childhood friend trope is pretty cute and i like that since the marriage was arranged, at least they know and Like each other  4. i’m probably gonna flip flop between ‘sidon has two hands’ and ‘lavender marriage’ depending on the day but either way, yona is a SWEETIE and i will never write her as anything but 5. YES she may be the victim of a hastily-added plot with no buildup but that is not her fault 6. basically i love her
