And a full on crashing meltdown for the sunday evening. Like I’ve been sensing being on the edge, but like, I don’t know what to do about it. So many things that are stressing me out are kinda out of my hands.

#personal #for a couple times now the sound of the water spashing on the floor while in the shower has ticked me off a lot more than usual #now after changing turtle's water- I was trying to wash the hoses and such and they kept touchiong stuff in the bathroom meaning- #everything else needed to be cleaned as well-the virus has made my fear of contamination a lot worse in regards of everything #and then water splashed on a overturned bucket and I just lost it- I think I flung a small hose to the wall and yelled something #can't remember what.took a moment of breathing furiously leaning on a wall until could start moving again #like how can you explain how on edge you are to the NT job coach. there isn't even a finnish word for a meltdown
