#like i get everyone has different definitions of low effot but like #i simply cannot make a dish with rice + meat + vegetables from scratch when i am struggling to even pour myself water bc I'm thirsty #also all those dishes? absolutely not #also i dont really use spoon terminology but this person is saying it's low spoons while also talking about cutting up fresh ingredients #like buddy I can only cook stuff like that on GOOD days. high depression days equal mustard sandwich for me
