insomnia has been back with a vengeance these past three days or so :(

#got like five hours of sleep last night #last drank caffeine at 8am #it's now 11:15pm and i've been trying to fall asleep for an hour and i don't even feel very sleepy #AND my depression hasn't even been that bad lately??? which is usually what makes the insomnia worse?? #like i know i'm adjusting to being back after spring break and dst but this is so fucking annoying #just let me sleep!!!! #j.txt
