ARRGHH i need to start. Running if i am doing winter track this year. I’m going to my friends house Sunday so we can fuck around and throw his javelin he got on eBay for funsies and kayak and such but liek. I need to start a new workout regimen cause i cant use my school’s weight room rn…
My brother said he wants to start running and i said “yeah ill do that with u if u want” because i tend to need a friend or someone else to commit to something w/ me if i commit to something other than lifting lol. And esp. since i wanna start like actually weight lifting this winter for training with real 45+ lb weights i need to get my stuff 2gether lol.
I think i’m gonna start smaller with focus on my traps, deltoids and biceps along with ofc leg work (i have really strong legs from genetics and skiing so I usually dont need too many leg days) and then i’ll prolly start running some more cause i need to get conditioned for sprinting (and maybe even throwing events other than jav)
