Nobody cares and I talk to myself on here but I (very very recently) got a promotion to a supervisory engineering position and I successfully defused a really bad situation at work today. Literally went from two guys yelling and swearing at each other with accusations to a quiet (if still tense) actual conversation with everyone participating. I'm so fucking jazzed, I got a huge confidence boost out of how I handled it!! I'm taking down toxic work environments one week at a time apparently.
