i got oni recently and i've been using zanshin tactics on a few other killers and i genunely think that the perk mechanically Perfectly serves it purpose, being a chase perk that works really well on low-middle strength chase orientated killers, and that especially helps low-above average skill killer players, but zanshin tactics also completely and utterly fails to accomplish that goal, since because it has no direct mechanical features and is identical to a survivor perk, its severly underused by the section of players / killers it would most benefit
