How not to be so neglectant of yourself, in quest of a good self-help guide :-)

#I need cute clothes again and to paint and write again and blossom in these ways #only a few more freelance jobs to do this weekend and I hope I get to fix my balance soon #start painting and sculpting even after work/internship days #take long walks in the forest on the weekends #write my poetry with a cup of tea curled up in front of the fireplace on sunday nights #we live in such a hellish time where you are expected to always be available to ppl (external stimuli) - while this is def a trend started- #only like two decades ago and not natural in our (mine dna) ya know #I wanna dwell in peace #today was shot to hell because my internship coach instructed me wrongly... so i wasted 7 whole hours on a useless job 🙃 #time to fix my energy....
