i really really wish people that leave one star ratings would also leave like. any kind of feedback. did you encounter game breaking bugs and it frustrated you? were there a lot of grammar/spelling errors? did you just not like the story for xyz reason? didn't like the characters because this or that? is it something i can improve on or is it just personal taste? or are you just the average fragile transphobe/homophobe? i would genuinely love to know

#tbh only time i actually get comments on low ratings its always someone being transphobic or homophobic lmfao #which obviously goes without saying. doesnt count #otherwise i have never received any legitimate feedback or just a review in general on a one star rating #and i dont mind low ratings like ppl are gonna like different things but it would be nice to know Why #also i find it really amusing that there are ppl that have rated like everything i've ever posted at 1 star.... #never leave any comments or reviews tho #personally i dont really tend to rate low if i feel that strongly abt disliking something i just stop reading/playing mdnfksj #if i was to rate something low it would mainly be on technical stuff like bad mechanics or something and i would Say it in the review #i think i would be harsher if it was a competition setting but just playing games casually on itchio i dont feel it necessary #i also dont like rating wips because. they are wips #anyways. idk ratings have always been something that i try not to look at bc again No One actually leaves feedback there #and i try to avoid looking at numbers in general so i dont obsess over them #but it is frustrating getting a bunch of 1 star ratings recently on all of my works w No comments at all
